GENERAL INFORMATION Rate for First time run of ad (creation charges): Basic Rate: $130 with one image and up to 30 lines of text and spaces (depending on font size). Each Additional Image: $25 (including company logos / stylized text) : CUSTOMER SUPPLIES CONTENT DIGITALLY Customer must supply all content digitally (Word Document, Excel, text file, html file). Customer must supply image digitally in jpg, tif, bmp or gif format and is responsible for any releases or copyright issues. If we need to create an image, either through scanning or photography, there will be a $25 charge. Rate for FUTURE RUNS of the same ad: $30 per issue (currently we run two issues per month). DISPLAY OF AD We reserve the right to resize images to fit space available. Actual ad is placed in a pop-up window that provides a 396 px wide by 449 px tall area in the advertisement window. This is approximately 5.5 inch by 6.25 inch when viewed at 800 x 600 at 72 dpi on a computer screen. (approximatly 30 lines / spaces of text at 10 to 12 point font size) The window displayed by the the Ebony Fashion Show advertisement has been widened to allow for up to a 6.5 inch wide ad. This is an example of a three-column size ad.
