The Earl Nelson Singers host concert

LANSING, MI -- The Earl Nelson Singers honored 40 years of service with a public concert at the downtown Lansing First Presbyterian Church on April 26.

The theme was: “Let Us Cheer The Weary Traveler.” Guest soloist Dr. Kimberly Haynes, of Ann Arbor, was truly a brilliant and wonderful spirit.

The Nelson Singers continue to present the dignity, beauty and heritage of African American spirituals. Surely on that Monday night the ancestors joined the chorus.
